The main building consisting of the public areas (lounge/ bar/perch/public toilets/dining terrace/office/2 public toilets as well as back of house area with kitchen/stores and pump room and 1 staff quarters) and 6 en-suite bedrooms • Adjacent building with 4 en-suite bedrooms • “Gallery” with large space below that can be utilised for meetings, seminar or as exhibition space and 1 large living/bedroom and bathroom upstairs for resident manager (unfurnished) • Extra garden/maintenance storeroom • Staff lunch & rest area and 2 separate staff bathrooms for men/women.

STAFF
The hotel is operated with a full complement of staff including:
1 Kitchen Staff 1 General Assistant (helps with housekeeping/ kitchen or maintenance as required) 2 Housekeepers, 1 Service Assistant (Casual) 2 Maintenance, 3 Landscape Gardeners.
All staff members have been trained to multitask to allow them offer assistance as required on the property. The owners currently fulfil Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Management and Chef roles.

REDEVELOPMENT
The property itself is large enough and the flat tracts of land under the pool provide the potential to be able to build more rooms and therefore offset the main costs occurring from the public are-as. Additionally, the land lying adjacent to the property on the opposite side of the road leading to the property can be bought as well as the 4-bedroom villa at the bottom of the property This could be used either as staff quarters for management and/or offices or as additional rooms or as a villa. The potential to develop and expand on what has already been established to date is immense.
